• I’ve been using the plugin for quite a while now, on several blogs, and the plugin has always worked perfectly.
Recently I started a new blog, and the thumbnails were screwed up. I got in touch with Silvo, and he responded immediately. He was able to fix the problem in a very short time. What a guy.

Listen up, you complainers: these plugins are very hard work to create and require a lot of the developers’ time, and as they upgrade/update, problems are bound to happen sometimes. Just like in life, know what I mean? AND they have to make money somehow. Think about that.

    Thanks again, Silvo! You rock!

  • Hey Justin, big thanks for all the nice words! They really mean a lot to us and I’m very happy we were able to help you out on this particular problem so swiftly!

The thing is — we are quite drowned in work, since there are quite some bugs we cannot cover so fast as we all would wish to, but we are constantly making compromises on how to deal with them as effectively as possible. We won’t complain too much, but we are doing our best. Sometimes we fail, but we try harder next time.

We also encourage our users to bug us much as possible! Below our the links to our Twitter profiles, Facebook page and our Support center. We cover all of them, but we’re fastest over Twitter.

    Thanks again! ??

    Hi there,

I agree this is a neat plugin and some people should get a life instead of lamenting non stop.

I have the same problem: featured images of posts are ignored, some randomly associated image is shown in the Related Posts area. Can you please share the solution with us all? Thank you.

Hey Albert, thanks for reaching out, I’ll do my best to get things back in order for you!

Which is the blog in question? I reckon you’ve updated our plugin to the latest version? Let me know what’s the situation like and I’m sure we’ll be able to get them back to normal again.

But I also very sad to say that the solution is not universal, since there are so many different blog layouts, preferences and other technical differences, that it’s just really hard to find the correct setting on how to extract the right thumbnails.

And yes, we are still working & improving our current thumbnailer, but for now we are also cooperating directly with our users to bring the correct thumbnails back on their sites.

Let me know what’s the blog in questions and which version of our plugin you have currently installed and we’ll see what we can do.

Take care & I’m looking forward to your reply! Here’s my email address: [email protected]

    Best,
    Silvo
