Worst experience ever – No consideration for users

<p class=””>I have bought Youzify Pro and an all access pass. I have made lot of customization, but 3 month later, they have changed all the css files to create a “dark mode”.</p>

<p class=””>The dark mode allow to change the background-color of the plugin in one click. I do not see the interest, because this dark mode does not apply the WordPress theme. Who wants to change the color of only a part of his website ? No idea…</p>

<p class=””>Developers have chosen to work on the main theme instead of creating different theme like BuddyPress or bbPress. They don’t care about about destroying the work of their users. The main CSS files are updated all the time.</p>

<p class=””>Useless functionalities are added and old problems are not solved :</p>

- Scripts are loading everywhere and make your website very slow, especially with the Pro extensions.
- Button hover and focus are not set in Youzify css, so they herit their styles from the WordPress theme. The result is a big mess.
- No heritage : Youzify imposes its own look as if your WordPress theme did not exist.
- The blog feature (pro) does not support post formats and has its own style. It does not herit from Youzify theme, so you will have to redo the styling work.

<p class=””>The support install plugins on your fresh site without saying a word and I really do not appreciate. They are acting as if they don’t know what a child theme is. It is hard to have a realistic conversation with them…</p>

<p class=””>Because of all these problems, I have removed all these extensions and asked for a refund. They charged me 200$ for 3 months of use on a offline website + 1 month of bla bla to get a refund.</p>

<p class=””>This plugin is a huge waste of time and money. I do not recommend to use it because it is unstable and developers do not care about the customizations of their users.</p>
