The best I have ever met

I bought a theme that I loved. Very nice. But some things didn’t work. Probably due to my own ignorance. I wrote support and asked for help and I got it in direct conversation. Far, far beyond what they deserved. Very personable and friendly and especially helpful. I feel like I have friends there.
