One of the Best Calendar Plugins… When It's Stable

  • This is a six-star plugin with two-star beta-testing. Definitely one of the best and best-looking calendar plugins available. Powerful, easy to confiugre, and easy enough for my clients to do most of the updating. Support response from the Time.ly team is fast and helpful. Making a custom theme is fairly straightforward with a little bit of CSS. When it’s stable, it’s trouble-free and rock-solid. However, updates are a crap-shoot. Broken updates seem to be released too often for this plugin and a broken update can render your calendar unusable or take your site down. One point off my star rating for this. As of January 2016, version 2.3.4 is rock-solid for me.

  • Thanks for the review. We have been investing heavily in our QA process over the past few months and have another release coming next week. It has undergone extensive automated testing and has had a 3 week publicly available beta period. Hopefully we will start seeing the results of this effort in this release.
