I have tried most, if not all the booking plugins to find Easy Appointment plugin as the best. Easy to setup, easy to use, friendly user interface, and fully customizable. Easy Appointments is the only plugin that you can configure time slots in minutes with ease, not hours. If other plugins support minutes slots, then I found them hard to configure and you probably have to be a developer to figure it out. My best feature is the ability to send notifications. You can modify the received and sent messages to your liking. Simply put, it does a great job.
I have to mention though that I have encountered some issues, but what is perfect? The world is not and the internet is not better. It’s full of defects and errors. But, with the help of the plugin developer, the forum, and trial and error, I was able to fix most of the problems. I also have noticed that the problems that I have faced were my faults in configuring the plugin or configuring other services on the website. I am so pleased with this plugin and I believe its worth gold! Thank you so much for making this plugin. You must be a genius to develop such a great plugin!
