Hello,

Bought, installed and configured the plugin “Datalayer for WooCommerce” Version 2.5.0 (not free).

After that the base page of shop stopped working and the error appears:
There has been a critical error on this website.
Then I enabled debug mode and got more detailed information about the issue:

Then I disabled the plugin and the error was not reproduced.

Please assist to fix the issue.

Let’s with your poblem:do you use any website builder? Elementor, div or other?This is usually due to a failure to configure WooComerce pages with these plugins, see our faq:

3 – What should I do when I activate the plugin and I get an error on the store page?This happens when you use a visual page builder and you didn’t configure it correctly and then our plugin can’t understand that this page has products.

Unfortunately, the Divi Builder solution does not help.

Any new page which is set as the base page of the shop does not work.

I’ve created a ticket here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

it’s not just set as the base page of the shop, you need to use the controls and templates according to the documentation and it will definitely work, ok, we’re waiting for your ticket to help you.

The issue was solved:
– Created a new empty page
– Set it as the base page of the shop in WooCommerce settings
– Created a new template for the base page of the shop using Divi Builder: https://www.wppagebuilders.com/custom-woocommerce-shop-page-divi-builder
