The bar desappear after some time

    Hello,

    I have been trying to use your plug in on my website, the problem I have is that the bar won’t stay there.
    It always disappear after some time.

    Any chance there is an option to set up to make it visible continuously ?

    I have checked on my site, the bar appears normally and maybe the bar disappears instead of the presence of the truck icon https://prnt.sc/s4jj60

    If this situation is the same yours and you just want the bar to appear persistence, so please go to the plugin settings/ Effect, then disable the Show Gift box option.
