For this find function.php file in Wallstreet-light child theme package then copy the code of this link:- https://pastebin.com/vju9hNix and paste it into the function.php file.

then check your website.

For this use below code in custom css filed (Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> header setting >> custom css filed)

@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) and (min-width: 200px)
{
.slide-text-bg3 p {
display: block !important;
}
}

Add above code in custom css filed then check your website.

Hello,

Im experiencing the same issue with wall street light, where the mobile site do not scale at all. When I swap to Wall street theme this error no longer exists.
