The banner does not close

    Hi, we are having problems with the banner accepting cookies on mobile devices. If we click on the button to accept cookies the banner does not close.
    We also have wp fastest cache installed, but even if we deactivate this plugin the button does not work, why is this happening?

    Greetings from CookieYes!

    In the legacy version of our plugin, the shortcode used to generate the “Accept” button is [cookie_button]. Please ensure that this is the shortcode present inside the message box of the “Customise Cookie Bar” tab in the plugin settings.

    Another possible reason for the issue you are experiencing could be a missing closing div element (</div>) in the same message box content. Please double-check these two possibilities and let us know if the issue persists.
