I had this issue and it seems others are posting about it as well.
I tried many many things and then discovered the solution – I decided to check the html of the page in Text view of the editor and saw that I had a
 
at the very end of the page, right after a table.
I deleted it and the issue went away.I am no developer and love WP and totally appreciate everything that is being done by all the people working on WP, so I feel like an amateur giving some feedback to the experts, but I would like to report this as a possible bug for your consideration.
My guess is that the version of the page that is being stored in the browser is having the   stripped out of it by the browser, and therefore WP core sees a difference between the browser copy and the copy in the editor and then incorrectly reports:
“The backup of this post in your browser is different from the version below.”
