    On the “Networks” page, the facebook page is connected and authorized – but when going to a post, in the right-nav, the text displayed is “The Autoposter is deactivated”.

    On the “Auto-Post” page, under “Autoposter Info” (Set up your autoposter to automatically share your new or updated posts, pages and custom post types on your social media channels.) the activation button says “OFF” and cannot be changed to “ON” (as in the video.) Clicking does nothing.

    I cannot figure out how to turn it ON.

    May I ask you which version of Blog2Social you are currently using?
    Please be so kind as to make sure that version 7.0.3 is installed on your website. You can check this by clicking on “Plugins->Installed Plugins” in your WordPress dashboard.

    If you are still facing this afterwards, please check your website with the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin from WordPress since I cannot reproduce your described behavior in a clean test environment. It is probably caused somewhere on your website (for example, by other plugins or themes).

    This plugin is intended for such cases and will perform a number of checks on your WordPress installation to detect common configuration errors and known issues, and also allows plugins and themes to add their own checks.
    With the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin you can simulate to deactivate all plugins except Blog2Social and activate one after the other to see which plugin is causing this.

    Please let me know if it worked out or if you have further questions.

    • the Blog2Social plugin version is 7.0.3
    • the WP version is 6.2
    • Running with Troubleshooting mode ENABLED, and Blog2Social as the ONLY other plugin running.
    • On the “Auto-Post” settings page, clicking on the “Off” button (to turn it ON) does nothing, no matter where I click on the button.
