The author’s name is missing from author page Title

Do your users have their first name set? Because that’s what we use by default for the title. If not then I recommend that you set their first name or otherwise simply adjust the title format under Search Appearance > Archives.

Yes, users have their first name set. And changing the title format under Search Appearance > Archives doesn’t change anything except the preview in the plugin settings.

What did you change it to?

Currently Author Title is set like Author First Name Author Last Name Separator Site Title
