The author’s description is not appearing on the pages of the posts

    Hello! I have been using the Ashe theme for some time, but since I turned off the “show author description” feature on article pages, this feature has never worked again. I’ve tried to reactivate it several times, but nothing happens. What can I do to make the author’s description reappear in my posts?

    At first, thank you for your response and for choosing our theme.

    1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch the which one was the source for the issue.

    2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

    Thank you! In fact, the problem was writing the posts with Elementor full width. The author’s description reappeared when I used the normal layout for articles.
