The attachment isn’t in the email

I hope you’re well today!

By default the e-mail will not include attachment so you need to edit your e-mail notification(s) and set it to include file.

To do so, go to the “Email Notifications” settings of the form and edit notification that you want file to be attached to. At the bottom of the popup you’ll see the “Attachments” section which, by default, is set to “None” – so you need to switch it to “Uploaded files” option and then save notification and update form.

I have this problem too…

I have set the option to “Uploaded files”. But I still don′t get the file sent with the e-mail.

Another question that is related to this…
Is it possible to attach a link to the submitted file instead of attaching the file itself?

For example, I choose the option to submit the file in my media library. And then send a link to it with the e-mail notification.

I would apreciate help in these bothe matters.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

It may sound the same but we look at issues as a new case, also per Forum rules we don’t spam the thread starter.
