    Hello,

I have a problem with the menu. The arrow in the menu (to develop the submenu) is not displayed next to the tab “BLOG”. I installed the premium theme so when I tried to work on the css, I can only have instead of the arrow a ‘+’…

I hope someone can help me !
    Thanks in advance!

  • Hello and thank you for contacting us.

The absence of the “arrow” usually means that no subitems have been placed under the menu item.
But if I understood you correctly you have installed Kale Pro theme, and we are not allowed to provide support for paid themes on www.remarpro.com.

Could you please go to https://www.lyrathemes.com/support/ and open a ticket by filling in all the necessary fields?

    Thank you for your time.

    Hello,

I’m sorry I made a mistake in my previous message. I haven’t installed Kale pro, I have the free one.
Normally the arrow have to appear because I have placed subitems in the menu item.
    Sorry for my english :/

    Thanks in advance !

    Hi @celeen,

    No problem ??

Could you provide the URL to your site so I’ll take a look into this?

    Hi @jarektheme,

I can’t give you the URL because I create my site on localhost…
And I made a big mistake last night in the database so I have to restart my site from the beginning :'(

    Thanks for your help !

@celeen I am afraid we can’t debug this without looking at the issue directly. You can try disabling all plugins and then activate them one by one to see if one of them is causing this behavior.

@lyrathemes Thank you for your help, I try all the way available to fix it and now this is solved. I think the theme had a problem.

    Thanks again ! ??
