    The AR button doesn’t work on all mobile devices.
    It didn’t work on my android mobile.
    At first when the product page loads and when you click on the AR button
    notification permission popped up requesting camera access
    I put allow and nothing happened afterward.
    Did someone face this issue?

    Thank you for your message and I am sorry you are having troubles with the AR button.

    I have tested your AR models on both iOS and Android and both worked successfully. I tested it with a Google Pixel 2 Android phone and was able to view the couch in AR.

    I think the trouble you are experiencing is because your GLB model (the one that is used on Androids) is 38Mb and so therefore it appears nothing is happening whilst your phone is downloading the model in the background. It is not until the model is downloaded by the native Android AR viewer that the viewer app then opens up.

    Can I suggest you please try reducing the size of your GLB model file and this process should then be quicker.
