It looks like your theme has some critical files missing, perhaps all of its files: https://www.wemoveautoz.ca/wp-content/themes/thegem/style.css

Try switching to a different theme, then reinstall your desired theme.

As mentioned above, the stylesheet may be missing, in which case simply reinstalling the theme should do the trick.

Also, there may be a conflict between the theme and a plugin.

Try activating the default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty) and see what difference that makes.

If it look ok, you have a problem with a plugin.

Deacativate them one at a time until you find the culprit.

I activate the Twenty Nineteen theme, but the site is not loading properly.
and then I again reinstall the Gem Theme, but the issue is still there.

Yes, that’s working fine now..
Because there is an error I wp-content permissions
I solved that problem and now site is working..
