  • Same problem here. App Store is not working, Google Play is okay.

    Apple probably also changed the App Store in the course of iOS 13. First fixes in v4.1.17.

    Thanks for your fast fix!
    However, the App Store option with “style”:”screenshots” doesn’t work yet.

    With version 4.1.18 (hopefully) everything should work again.

    For me, images are still not shown for style:screenshots.

    Three thoughts on that:

    • For already known apps it may take some time until the cache is updated automatically.
    • There are no “style:screenshots”, only “screenshot” in the shortcode. I guess you thought about that.
    • With new apps that haven’t been used in WP-Appbox yet, it should work.

    Otherwise I need more info, I can’t find any hangers anymore.

    I have 2 AppBoxes defined:

    <!-- wp:wp-appbox/appbox {"appID":"id","storeID":"appstore","format":"screenshots"} /-->
    <!-- wp:wp-appbox/appbox {"appID":"id","storeID":"googleplay","format":"screenshots"} /-->

    The above doesn’t show any screenshots, where the lower one does. Deleting the cache doesn’t change the situation.

    Which app do you want to show?
