    Hi!

    For some reason when a customer adds the information to the gift card and adds it to the cart – sometimes the amount of the card shows 0 instead of the sum that was added. This could be some sort of cache problem, I have tryed to not cache the cart, but still this happens every now and then. When I go and clear all cache, it works fine for some time, but the next day the problem start again. I used LitespeedCache and then changed to WP Fastest Cache, but the problem still continues. Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our plugin,

    It seems that the issue you are facing is due to the theme or third party plugin so I suggest you please run a test by deactivation a theme as well as third party plugin one by one you will find the culprit plugin or theme.
