I use this plugin in Japanese.
I tested it with 100yen (Jp yen).

In Reply email, I could see “Amount received: 100JPY”.

But receipts from stripe, I found 10,000Yen.

Why the amount notified is different?

    Hello @jagmiyakojima

Thank you for using this plugin.

This something like USD and $

We use USD in the form and $ sign in the receipt email.

    Hope you get the answer.

    Thank you for your reply.

Sorry , still I cannot understand.
    I cannot use live chat.

Actually, about one month ago, I tested it.
    But I didn’t notice it.
I could found it in credit card detail.

    1. I set “Japan-Yen-¥” on currency in setting screen. and make form.
I can see “[ ] JPY” in the form.

    2. Then I input [ 110 ] JPY in the form.
    and done.
    * I use my form for test. So I could get 3 types of mail/

    1) ” Thank you !” mail . —– Amount receive 110JPY
    2) “New Donation Received!”—–Amount 110JPY
    3) “Receipt from ****.com —— Amout paid ¥11,000 (Amount charged \11,000)

    3. In credit card detail, I found that I paid ¥11,000.

    You said,
    > This something like USD and $
    > We use USD in the form and $ sign in the receipt email.

In this plugin we can set “Japanese-YEN”, so I thought I could use Yen.
    Is this understanding wrong?

1, 2 emails are sent from our plugin. 3 is from main site.

    * Japanese-YEN ISO code is JPY
    and Symbol is ¥

I am confused what is wrong here!

Actually, I was trying to use this plugin on another site.
I tried an experiment there, and the result was the same.

If we enter 100 yen with this plugin in Japanese yen.
In 1.2, there is a notification of ¥100 (100 yen).
For 3 (from Stripe), there is a notification of ¥10,000 (10,000 yen).

In conclusion, the plugin will pass ¥10,000 (10,000 yen) to Stripe when I enter ¥ 100 (100yen).

Is this a spec, not a plugin malfunction?
I think it's a simple bug, but is it impossible to change it?

    Now I got your point.

I just tried with JPY and you are right.
But I also tried with CNY and it is alright.

I need to find out if there is any issue with JPY.

Thank you for identifying the issue.

Thank you for understanding my poor explanation.

Actually, I was planning to propose a form using this plugin to a project today.
As a form, it is very easy to understand and use.

For this reason, I found out the problem yesterday.

If the problem is resolved promptly, I can submit it, but is it difficult?

Then, this is a question, is it possible that the paid version will allow multiple installations of this form?

    Ahhh here what I found:
JPY is a zero-decimal currencies and should not multiply with 100.
    That’s the issue.

If you are only using JPY then I can make it for you.
And multiple form does not supported by this plugin. But this can be done with a customization.

Feel free to give us an email for more info.

    thank you for your reply.

Personally, it would be very helpful if the plugin was updated to one that supports Japanese as soon as possible.

After that, we will contact you by e-mail again regarding the setting of multiple forms.

First of all, it is my challenge to propose this form a few hours later today.

If not, I will use it on my site. Thank you.
