The additional items added to the list in dynamics 365 are not populated in Web

I had successfully integrate dynamics 365 form in my website using this plugin.
I include one of the dropdown field in the form. It shows all the items in list. After sometime I updated the list by adding 2 more items in Dynamics. It is working properly in Dynamics. But those added items are not populated in website form.

I tried to fix it by clearing browser cache but it doesn’t work. Do you have any idea why the added items in list are not populated in website.

I’m using Dynamics 365 Integration Version: 1.2.19.
