the additional fields of the new user or customer registration are not saved

  • the fields that are placed additionally with plugin do not work, they are placed as required and if they are not filled the same it goes to the next page and they are not saved in the database

    Are you still having trouble? I looked at the registration form at the link you posted and all appears to be set up correctly. The required fields did prevent the form from being submitted without being properly filled out.
