The ‘Add Media’ element of the editor will not work

  • The ‘Add Media’ function of the editor as well as other functions (ARVE, Add Post Element) no longer work on the editor of the submission form. This has only happened recently, as all of the functions were working a few days ago. I have tried deactivating plugins and switching theme to no avail, any support would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you @aldoseri for the update! Although still leaves me with an unsolved problem, unfortunately. I hope the developer is doing well, but I also hope for other subscribers that the premium feature has been disabled as it would simply be very unfair for those who have purchased the plugin to have no support.

    Hi @aldoseri and @pubhd. Sorry about the late reply. I was just busy over the holidays ??

    The plugin is still being maintained. Even though I haven’t had a chance to update it in a while.

    As for the Add Media button it works correctly on my test servers. @aldoseri are you facing the same issue?

    Hi @khaxan, Happy New Year! Do you think it could be plugin conflicts of some sort that may be causing this issue, as it is still persistent at the moment? Thank you for your time!

    Yes that’s the most likely explanation. Start by checking that there are no JavaScript errors in your browser’s console. If there are you need to get rid of them.

    Hi @khaxan, I am still experiencing difficulties with the add media option text editor as there seems to be no solution or fix to this issue, it is near time I move to a different plugin this is something, I do not want to do but it seems I have no other options at this point.
