The Account area

  • Hi,

    I have a question about the ‘account’ area of the user (frontend).

    When I log in as a user and go to my account details. I can only see ‘Username, ‘first name’, ‘last name’, ‘E-mail adress’.

    I created a lot of other fields to fill in during registration, how do I make them editable or visible for the user in the account details?

    Hi,

    Custom fields need to be added to the profile form. The account page is only for basic account details and not custom information which should be added to the profile form.

    But some of the information like ‘phone number’ or ‘birth date’ would for most people be private information. I wouldn’t want to display it to everyone on the profiles page, but I still wanna let the user be able to update it, if necessary.
    Isn’t that possible to do in the account details?

    You can make fields on profile private so only admin and user can see them.
