• I hate to put this in a review, but there is no support except for Pro, and that even includes the Forum. Since the regular version just installed has badly screwed up my website, I’m sure as heck not going to reward that by taking a chance with Pro!

    On installation this thing installed a whole batch of “new pages” right under my header, following my real pages which are the the meat of my website. Many duplicates of the same titles — login, signup, members, profile, account. I deleted all those crap pages, but despite that they’re still in our face as always, even tho they don’t work.

    Then it wanted me to install woocommerce, so I figured well I’ve never used advertising but maybe it’s time. Well, it wanted a csv of my address book, and listed it’s required order. Having never had a problem with csv I ignored that required order, and brought in 300 longtime friends found via my other domains, hoping that might give my website a much-needed boost. WRONG! It imported data which landed in the wrong places and was thus unusable. I had one heckuva task to remove them all one by one.

    Then I deactivated both Ultra and Woo, and found Woo wouldn’t deactivate and now claimed “no permission”.

    So then I reinstalled WordPress, but that fixed nothing.

    So my website is largely screwed, and with all the days passed no longer have a MySQL backup from earlier.

    And Ultra provides no support. They ought to be sued but they’re not worth that.

    It’s not a “bad day”, it is FOUR bad days and counting.
    So now your given link to some “support forum” is exactly the same as right here. So helpful – NOT!

    All I want from you at this point is the word on how to get rid of all the mess you’ve made of my website. But you “won’t do that”. Pay attention, folks!

    I solved my problem myself. As Deactivation didn’t do it, I removed both Ultra Users and WooCommerce. Guess that leave you back in the woods from which you came.
