The 2023 1st Jan update has broken Shiprocket Live rate’s functionality

  • You guys should not release an update without first being sure of the backward compatibility and the live rate API feature breaking. The Live rate API feature now is broken and will not work no matter what. Tried reassigning the API but still no luck even after hours of trying. You are requested to send us a tutorial or some kind of tutorial or some pdf we can download to understand whats needed to be done about this now? Please do not make such bold releases in which you try to reinvent the wheel. Will someone get in touch with me on nine nine nine zero one four three zero six zero and please explain how to fix this. I mean i know PHP but even for me this is almost impossible to figure out now.

    Guys please be advised i have written several emails and contacted shiprocket integration team and all are clueless about what broke with the latest Jan 2023 update so please get it touch with me asap.

    Hi Abhinav,

    I see a different issue, actually rates are coming different rather fairly low through the plugin but actually they are high when processing the order through shiprocket seller panel as usual support is at worse, I don’t expect anything good from these guys, trying to figure out myself.

    Even they have disabled the authentication for old version of plugin otherwise it would have been worked.

    Hope you have some inputs here, please do share.
