Can’t correctly set event on my site

I tested on two test site and It’s impossible to set correctly an event!
No user are listed !
If I create an event , it appear on a page but when I click, I found a link with no content !
I don’t find any possibilities to book for an event !

May-be an error in update or maybe I could be stupid…Or maybe I miss in translation ( I speak french)

I’m disappointed !
