• I’d like to thank the support team for quickly handling issues regarding the lite and Pro themes. Although there can be a lot of back and forth due to things getting lost in translation and having to repeat myself a lot, they do still manage to fix the problems. While I’m not super happy about having to point out the problems that DO exist (even in the Pro version), unfortunately that’s just how it is. I don’t feel that they test their own themes all that well and leave the general public to point out problems to them which is a big time waster (which often I can’t charge the client for).

    There is also an issue with the Pro version saying my license expires in a year when their site clearly states it’s a lifetime subscription with no recurring fees so I’m asking about that in a support ticket.
