    Hi! I wanted to thank you first for this wonderful plugin! I am looking for a long time a support plugin, that has on all Multisites the same function. With your “Globel Dashboard” function I finally found it, thanks!

    But some small things could still be improved ;).

    Guest name
    Could you include the function that guests can enter any name? So far every guest is simply called guest. In individual input field would be nice.

    Feedback Page – Message sent?
    When I add the support system to the website with [GBL_SMTCKS], the website is simply reloaded when sending a message. The message arrives – but the user does not know whether it has been sent or whether he has done something wrong. A feedback page would be very helpful.

    A bug? – Status Color
    Unfortunately, there are problems to mark the support tickets in color. With a monosyllable status (open / close) it is not a problem and works perfectly. However, if the state consists of several words, the colored representation no longer works. I would be glad if you could fix this.

    File upload
    It would be helpful if users could attach files to certain problems. Especially image files (screenshots) would be interesting. Perhaps you could still a function for the file upload.

    first of all thank you for your fantastic feedback which will allow us to improve the plug-in and overall functionality and performance further, we will review your recommendations and apply them as appropriate in the next update.

    some of the wishes particularly attachments/ file uploads are already on the table, as you know there has to be some restrictive elements here particularly what is uploaded and file size!
