Thanks for nothing.

  • I bought the IThemesPro and couldn’t install, neither via admin panel nor via FTP directly. Via admin panel I got the message: Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure (package couldn’t be installed)

    Via FTP the plugin was installed and activated, but then it leads me permanently to a clean white page with a simple and non-effective “error” in top left corner.

    Nobody answered my first post about one month ago on the ithemes-support page, no support and nothing useful. And I guess I won’t get my money back, so the last thing for me to do is, to give a negative feedback on every site where this plugin is recommended (for what?).

    I’m sorry but these forums aren’t for commercial products or disputes with the author. If you have something to review for the plugin here then please do. But this isn’t a review as much as you are voicing just your side of your disagreement.

    I am sorry you’ve run into this issue. While I do apologize if your ticket was missed, I’ve looked through everything that I can and I can’t seem to locate it. If you’d like to share your iThemes username I can investigate further.

    As for the white screen with the word “error”, this means the plugin is doing it’s job. There’s more information regarding this in the link below.
