I had problems with the directory page when I initially installed the plugin (turns out there was a conflict with another plugin) as well as several other questions about using the directory and category module the way I needed to. They were very responsive and helpful. Stayed with me the whole way, emailing back and forth. Told me what to do and how to do it. Can’t thank them enough. And this was for the free version. I hadn’t even bought anything yet!! Superior customer service. Can’t thank them enough.
Looking forward to happily using the Business Directory Plugin for many years to come.
