    thanks, can I know if you are already using shortcode [event_form] in your wordpress page or post ? also, do you have sample link for us to see?

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, I am using the shortcode.
    I don’t have a sample link as I am still building site. I have tried switching to default theme and deactivating plugins.
