Thank you redirect hangs in Thrive Architect Page

    Hi,

    I have Thrive Architect installed and a landing page created.

    I have then get Stripe Payment plugin installed, setup a product and used the URL link on the button at the bottom of the page.

    When testing this it displays the popup, provided a tick on processing but then hangs on redirection to the Thank You page.

    I have disabled all other plugins and the same this happens. I have also checked using the product page and this does work.

    Can you help identify why this is not redirecting?

    Hi,

    I don’t have any cache plugins installed. I only have the Twenty Twenty theme from wordpress, Thrive Products & Architect and Stripe Plugins.

    Hi Alec.

    For some reason, you checkout result page is using HTTP instead of HTTPS, this is what causes the issue (when the code tries to make a POST request with results from HTTPS to HTTP page).

    Go to Stripe Payments -> Settings and make sure “Checkout Result Page URL” is https://{your_website_address}/stripe-checkout-result/

    Many many thanks. That was a silly mistake of mine and making the URL relative solves this perfectly.
