Hello

I try to change the slug for my checkout page but it always leads to a “not found” error on the thankyou page. I don’t understand why !?

1. The checkout slug used to be “commande”. All the process was ok and, at the end, I had a correct thankyou page like this one :
https://www.hacoopa.coop/commande/order-received/3266/?key=wc_order_IGaXVPfdBu8Gn

2. I tried to change the slug to “souscription”, and now I have a 404 thankyou page : https://www.hacoopa.coop/souscription/order-received/3265/?key=wc_order_WvcCRqJ5qOr2H

3. If I reset the permalinks settings to default, this last order shows a correct thankyou page :
https://www.hacoopa.coop/souscription/?order-received=3265&key=wc_order_WvcCRqJ5qOr2H

I switch back to custom permalinks and “commande” for the moment but I really want to be able to change this slug ! Could you help me please ?

Hi @lysithee –

Have you also changed the page slug in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced? You’ll need to change this to match your new page slug: https://d.pr/i/XOkt73

No.
As you can see in my examples, I didn’t change the checkout endpoints.
Only the page slug : https://ibb.co/b7bd1Wx

I want to change endpoints too, but I will try after … if I fix the bug. ??

Hi @lysithee –

If I’m understanding what you’re trying to do correctly, you’ll need to change both the page slug AND the endpoint to souscription in order for the thank you page to work properly.

Sorry for the delay.

And unfortunately, the problem isn’t solved.
I tried to change the endpoint and still the same.

But why change the endpoint ? The problem is before in the permalink, no ?
Look at my attached screenshot : in red the part which change with the slug, in green the one with the endpoint. I don’t want to change endpoint now.
