Thank you page is not being generated at all

Description: I make a purchase then I’m redirected to a standard Thank you page (without the customizations made with your plugin), a coupon is not generated (the coupon your plugin generates) and a Thank you email is not sent (the email your plugin send with the coupon on it).

Edit:

I checked several times and one of them worked, so it works sometimes.

You had already told me to contact [email protected] on another topic because the coupon was not being generated for some orders, I didn’t contact them because the problem disappeared, but now it came back even worse as you can see by my description.

I guess I have to contact [email protected] right?

Hi,

Make sure you have the coupon element configured in the customize: https://i.ibb.co/h2SZWSX/image.png

Please install a mail log plugin and check whether the coupon box email is sent or not. Let us know.

Yes the coupon is configured in the customizer. It was working perfectly before, I have many coupons in my marketing/coupons that were generated by your plugin as expected when a purchase was made.

Yes I do have a mail log plugin (Post SMTP Email Log) and it logs perfectly all type of mails sent and it’s how I know that the coupon is not sent (besides that it’s not generated, no coupon generated no coupon sent).

As I said before, your Thank you plugin was working flawlessly before and since a few days it works every other time, when it works it shows the page, generates the coupon and send the email as expected. When it doesn’t it do nothing, as if the plugin didn’t exist.

Please try to activate just WooCommerce and our plugin, does this problem happen?

Since my shop is live I won’t perform any debug on it, but on a new installation, wordpress + thankyou page customizer + my theme, the plugin worked correctly on each of 10 tests. So it’s gotta be a conflict with one of the other plugins used on my shop.

Gotta do a full debug.

I’ll come back with any information if it may be useful to you.
