    Could the center of rotation in the view be changed, perhaps you could add a re-select-center-of-rotation icon to the menu?

    My 3D views contain object files with large assemblies. However, it is rather tricky for people to maneuver and view part details. The site is philliphengst.com. Currently I have three 3D views. The object files in these views are between about 80 and 180 MB, so they can take awhile to load.

    Am I asking too much? I am not a programmer, so please let me know…

    ATM it is not possible to change the center of rotation in my plugin…
    The only option is to open your file in i.e. Blender and move your object accordingly to the desired center of rotation, then save and upload it to your site.
