Thank you message doesn't display

Hi Takayuki,

I already followed the steps but I still don’t see the ‘thank you message’ being displayed. It was working before but suddenly it doesn’t work now.

I have the exact same issue!

Same issue here as well. I’m now receiving multiple duplicate emails as my visitors can’t tell if their form has been submitted without the “Thank You” message showing.

I’ve the tracking form submission code set up as specified: “on_sent_ok: “ga(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘Contact Form’, ‘submit’);”.

Please help!
