Thank you message appears above the header

  • Hello all!

    I’m having two problems with this plugin since the beggining:

    1st-The function that subscribe the email inserted to my list is running two times so i get two confirmation emails (but i just solved that one);

    2nd-My thank you message is showed two times, one in the page content and another above the page header. And this is the problem that is bodering me.

    When I run the function just once I only get an confirmation email, and the message is showed only above the header.

    If its relevant I’m using Evora theme.

    Please help me because I just don’t know what to do more to solve this problem.

    Hmmm…. I have never experienced this, but it appears that there might be a conflict of either scripts or plugins. Try turning off one of the plugins at a time, to see if any of their code is tripping over the code of this plugin to find out. If you explore everything and still have a problem….it might have something to do with your theme. Test another theme next just to see if this problem goes away. If it does not, go back to your current theme. Good luck.
