    Hi loving the new update.

    But i have a major problem. When someone submits not only are they having the correct email that needs to be sent out, But they are receiving a success message stating the following (<p>Thank you for filling out this form.</p>) and its coming from my personal email and not my domain email.

    Is there anyway possible to stop that email from going out?

  • I am also having the same issue. The correctly formatted email goes out as well as a second email that says (<p>Thank you for filling out this form.</p>).

    We’re aware of this issue, and we’re working on a fix. Version 2.8.4 should be out Monday or so. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I just updated to 2.8.8 and I am still getting this email notification. How can I fix this?

    I have the same problem. Currently on version 2.8.13

    I used Ninja Form’s support/contact form to ask them about this. They are very helpful ??

    Try duplicating the form generating this behavior, and use the new one. This should fix the problem.

    I understood that the bug is fixed, but you might have had the form from before, when the plugin still had the bug.

    I’m using a fresh installation, never installed before of 2.8.13.
    Was not sending emails, not clearing form, not processing form input.
    It just acts as though it’s working and returns to fully filled out form.
    I resolved this by turning off AJAX and making certain it had a from email address.
    Hope that helps.
