    Is it possible to send an attachment with the thank you email? Or can I put a button in the final page to download a book?

    Dear @billron,

    Thank you for the topic.

    I want to mention, that you can customize and write the text you want for the Thank you message option.
    You can add a link to the book the users will need to download with the <a> tag/attribute as it is a WP Editor.?

    So, in order to achieve your desired result, please head to the Surveys > particular survey > Results Settings tab >? Thank you message option > Text.
