Thank you Doesnt load – tutor lms

    We are having issues with Tutor lms website, once the payment is done it is not going to the Thank you page as per the funnel model, it automatically lands at the dashboard page which ends up not tracking our conversions also.
    And am not able to edit the thank you page as well. I was able to edit earlier and view it but now it is not working. Even when i click the edit in the funnel page it takes me to the dashboard page of tutor lms.

    It all feels a bit of mess to me at the moment, any idea what i can do around this ?

    Addition: When i test the landing page in the GTM assistant, am able to see the thank you page then, but if i load the same landing page in the incognito mode, the thank you page is not happening.

    Hi @microskill , Your checkout page has live payment gateway and we are unable to complete the payment to view the Thank You.

    Can you please set up a payment test mode for us?
