Tg: product slider stopped working

Hi,

The widget Tg: product slider has suddenly stopped working.
It seems that the products can’t be listed.
The only things that appears are the left and right navigation buttons.
It’s the only widget that does not work,product grid and carousel work well.
I have deactivate all plugins, swicthed theme but nothing work.
