TG: Product Carousel – More than one line, no horizontal scroll?

I’ve tried using different TG widgets but can’t seem to get what I need. Is there any way of editing the CSS / PHP so that instead of a “carousel” effect, the products are listed horizontal and then vertical if there are more than fits the width, so more of a full grid.

For example, to get it to look like this:
