    Hello, Please i just connected my test vonage account with texty, and i used the test section on the texty platform to send messages to confirm if it’s connected and i got sms messages directly while using the test section on texty. But when i ordered on woocomerce even though i,ve activated all the notification section on texty as regrds woocommerce and dokan, customers still don’t receive sms of their orders. please i need help as regards this. It looks like my woocomerce and texty didn’t seem to connect

    I have tested and found no issues on my local site. You have to add the numbers which you will test, in the test number section of your Vonage API account. Also, you will have to have some test credits for the SMS charge. Usually, Vonage gives 2 credits for test purposes. After finishing all the credits, the test message might not reach through.

    Yeah I got what you are saying, I’ve added 2 test numbers on the vonage before als and i tested them on testy test section and the messages i input was sent to the tw numbers i registered on vonage but it was sent just via the Texty test. so the problem now is when i now tried to buy stuff on the website via woocommerce, I didn’t get any notification via the test numbers i added on vonage because i used one of the test numbers as the billing address which i’m mean to get notification for. So i want to know if vonage won’t work live until you’ve upgraded or where could the problem be as to why i’m not receiving the woocomerce order sms after i’ve added the test number and connected vonage with texty like why is the billing number which is also the test number not dropping sms yet.

    The SMS notifications should go to the phone numbers added in the Billing address field. But you did not confirm if you had enough test credit in your Vonage account to test out the SMS notifications. It’s better to have at least 1.00 test credits to test out the features.
