    Dear Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with the display of a .glb 3D model in your viewer. The model appears without any textures, even when using an HDR environment image for lighting. However, the same .glb file works perfectly and shows textures when viewed in other applications, such as Amazon’s 3D viewer and the Windows 3D Viewer.

Could you please help me understand why the textures are not visible in your viewer and what I might need to adjust to resolve this? The consistent visibility of textures on other platforms suggests the file itself is intact, so I suspect this may relate to viewer-specific compatibility or settings.

Thank you very much for your assistance! We would like to license the plugin, but not in this state.

    Best regards,
    Jan

    Hello Jan,

The file is perfectly fine indeed. Can you check if you have any other 3D plugins active by any chance?

If so, please deactivate other plugins and keep Visody active only

Let me know if this helps

Thank you for your response. I can confirm that we don’t have any other 3D plugins installed or active; only Visody is currently enabled.

Could you advise on any additional steps to ensure the textures display correctly, given that the file functions properly in other viewers?

Thank you again for your assistance.

    Hello Jan,

Please check the console errors for direction. You will see a few errors related to textures in there:

“Refused to connect to ‘blob:[link]’ because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive. The scheme ‘blob:’ must be added explicitly.”

Your site or the model might have some security rules which block access to the texture links.

    Hope this helps
