• We purchased SMS Pro and set it up, but are not getting text messages to the consumer side of our WooCommerce store.

    We are getting notifications of new orders, but no texts are sent to our customers who make orders, nor are they getting them when we try to manually update them from the order page.

    I’ve submitted 3 support tickets through the website, and received no response since last Thursday–was hoping to have an answer as to why some texts go out, but some do not?

    They are shown as successfully sent in the admin, but I myself am not receiving the text notification to myself when I place test orders…

    We are on the latest version of WordPress 5.4.2 and the latest version of WooCommerce.

    Please advise.

    None of our support emails are getting to you. They continue to bounce back to us and we’ve been waiting for responses for a week now on 3 separate issues with WP SMS Pro.

    I’ve reached out on twitter, and multiple other channels trying to get in touch with someone who can help us since only 1 kind of notifications are received with our text number and the WP SMS pro plugin.

    I’d appreciate someone responding, or letting us know that you’re alive so we can know if we have to use a different plugin cause this one has no support team, and 75% of the functionality is busted.
