Texts and images disappeared from Elemantor

    Good evening,

    A year ago I created this site as a project to launch, then things went on for a long time and only now I got back on it.

    From the front-end you can see everything fine but as I try to open the page from the back-end with Elemantor to modify it, it loads for a long time until it asks me to start safe mode. I accept and so the page loads but some texts and some images have disappeared. Why?

    In this year, self-updates have allowed WordPress and PHP to always have the latest version. They are the only things that have changed this year.

    Any ideas on how to solve the problem?

    In order to provide you with a proper solution and as a first essential troubleshooting step, please make sure that your website is using the latest versions of Elementor (3.1.1) after making a backup of your website.
    Also, make sure your WP site meets the basic requirements recommended for Elementor. You can check this in your WP Dashboard > Elementor > System Info. If needed, you can kindly ask your hosting provider to make eventual necessary changes for you: https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements

    If the issue persists, as a second step, I then recommend you to follow this article from our help center. Feel free to skip any troubleshooting step that you may have already performed.

    @gilt hi!
    Thanks for your tips.
    As first point, the website is already running the latest version of Elementor(3.1.1) and meets the basic requirements recommended.
    I have read the article you gave me and I find the problem in the second point (My page is gray – Endless loading) so i turned on safe mode but it only works halfway.
    I mean this way the backend is finally loaded but some blocks have disappeared from it.

    only some part of the website are still there, most are disappeared.

    I contacted the hosting provider and they say that it’s not a problem from the server.

    What else can I do?
