Text/Links That Follow a Post

What file do i go to in oder to customize what follows my posts (i.e. permalinks, comments, e-mail a friend this post, etc.)?

I like what the theme beautiful sunrise 1.2 has, but I wanted to use that format as a jumping off point & mix & match to my liking.

Is this even possible?
