    In settings for twilio add-on shows in your message to send:
    Hello, Your invoice {title} at {sitename} is now {status}, You can view it here {link} . Thanks for being our faithful customer

    However when sent via invoice button  message sent is:
    Your message has been sent, The message body was: Hello, Your invoice at NV Media is now Available, You can view it here . Thanks for being our faithful customer

    This is not a TWILIO issue – Sprout is not sending pertinent data. The twilio log does not show the information either.

    Hi @nuevavidatv28,

    Can you give us more detail on your issue here? Looking at the screenshot this information seems to be correct. Is the issue that the invoice title is not transferring over correctly?

    We look forward to assisting you further with this.

    My apologies, I did not notice the third screenshot to begin with. I see your concern here. We’ll have to set this up in a dev environment to try replicating the issue to resolve it.

    I’ll get back to you via this thread with any updates.
