Textarea LeadGeneration Thrive not showing on the form

  • Hi. I need help.

    I have noticed that every time I add a “text area” element to the form, it does not appear on the live page. As an example, you can visit this page:

    The form at the bottom of the page “Request a Keynote Quote“

    You can see that event details text area field doesn’t have a box to put on the message or event details. I’m not sure what’s going on. Hope someone can help.

    The client is using Thrive Architect and Thrive Lead generation.

    I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a look and help me resolve this issue.

    Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://thrivethemes.com/members/login/

    Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
